About Me ...

Deb Schroeder has spent decades building relationships, serving families, and investing in the community she proudly calls home.

A licensed realtor since 1997, Deb understands that purchasing a home is one of the most significant financial decisions a person or family will ever make. That responsibility shaped her professional approach — listening carefully, providing clear guidance, and helping people navigate complex decisions with confidence. She has worked side by side with clients through every step of the process, always focused on trust, preparation, and long-term relationships.

Deb’s extensive knowledge of Waukesha, Milwaukee, and Racine Counties has given her a deep understanding of how local decisions impact neighborhoods, housing, and quality of life. Her experience evaluating markets, managing details, and helping families plan for the future translates directly into thoughtful, practical public service.

A longtime Muskego resident, Deb’s roots in the community run deep. Much of her extended family lives locally, and her commitment to Muskego goes beyond words. She has proudly served as District 5 Alderman and President of the Common Council, roles that strengthened her understanding of municipal government, budgeting, and collaborative leadership.

Deb has also been an active supporter of local businesses, serving for more than a decade as an Ambassador for the Muskego Area Chamber of Commerce. She values strong local economies, open communication, and leaders who are present and engaged.

Whether in her professional life or public service, Deb Schroeder brings experience, accountability, and a genuine passion for the community she serves.

As a Fiscal Conservative, I firmly believe in responsible spending and sound economic policies. In my capacity as Alderperson, I have served on the Library Committee, Festival Committee, Finance Committee, and have also served on the Public Works & Safety Committee and past president. Currently I served on the Parks and Conservation Committee and Historical Society.   In my capacity as Waukesha County Supervisor I also currently serve on the Judiciary and Health & Human Services Committee.   I am committed to making our community a better place to live, work, and raise a family, and look forward to continuing to serve as a dedicated and effective leader.
